Most of these images were taken prior to the 2003 - 2004 renovation of the site. This is a very large site, and many  members of the county's founding families are buried here. Of particular interest is a custom made marker embedded with sea shells, the large Civil War soldier at the grave of S.H. Hardin, and the double tree monument to Ora J. and Orsen Dodge. The graves of James and Sarah Battles are also here.
